Peñas Blancas is a post-harvest centre in Acevedo, Huila, founded and led by producers Nestor Lasso and Jhoan Vergara. It gives small-scale farmers access to advanced processing, modern infrastructure and technical support, with a focus on quality, transparency and fair trade. Through it, Nestor and Jhoan continue to strengthen the local coffee community, raise the profile of the region's coffee and create more opportunities for producers in Huila. This natural Geisha has lactic and malic acidity, a heavy body, intense fruit and high sweetness.
