Shipping policy

• Destinations: we ship to Portugal only — mainland, Azores and Madeira. We don't currently ship to other countries.
• Carrier: CTT (CTT Expresso for mainland).
• Shipping cost: €5.99 per order; free shipping on orders of €45 or more (product total, VAT included).
• Delivery time: usually 1–2 business days after dispatch to mainland Portugal; deliveries to the Azores and Madeira may take longer. Times are estimates and depend on CTT.
• Wrong address / undelivered: please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because of a wrong address or because it was not collected, contact us to arrange re-delivery (re-shipping costs may apply).
• Transit damage: if your parcel arrives damaged, email hey@capsule.cafe with photos — see Refund and Returns Policy, section 5.
