the Capsule cafe started with coffee. It remains at the centre of what we do, from carefully selected beans and thoughtful roasting to the way each cup is prepared and shared. For us, coffee is not simply a product, but a way to bring quality, curiosity and people together.

Our home is Ericeira, a small surf town by the Atlantic. It is a place full of movement, yet with enough space to slow down. Its natural rhythm has shaped the way we work: focused but unhurried, independent but connected to the people around us.
